In this tutorial we demonstrate how to use OnyakTech’s SigmaLive (Live Chat) module. The SigmaLive module provides Live Chat functionality for your DotNetNuke website. It allows you to engage in a 1-to-1 chat with your website visitors in real-time. It allows you to instantly provide live help, live support, visitor tracking, and proactive sales for your products and services.

As well as this main 1-to-1 chat functionality, you can also configure the module to host chat rooms.

SigmaLive comes in 3 parts, the first is the SigmaLive Popup module which is the main chat module, second is the SigmaLive Dashboard module, which allows you to display data grids and charts, these reports display the current users chat history, all calls, total chat minutes per day for the current month and total calls per day for the current month.

The third part is the SigmaLive Windows Client, you install this software to your Windows PC and use it to communicate with the visitors on your website who are asking questions in the SigmaLive PopUp module.
