We have ML/DNN 4.9 and would like to be able to control the content of an Text/HTML based upon if a user is login or not. Text HTML Example; If an unregistered user visits page 1, then the text/html would display image A & B. If an registered/signed in user visits page 1, then the text/html would display image C & D. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Put two instances of the Text/HTML module on the page. Make one visible to "Unauthenticated Users" and make the other visible to "Registered Users." Put appropriate content in each module and that's it.

I meant to say that you should put two copies of the ML module on the page.

How do you assign a "Unauthenticated Users" and make the other visible to a "Registered Users"?

Site users who are not logged in are automatically members of the "Unauthenticated Users" security role. Anyone who is logged in is a member of the "Registered Users" role.
Module A -- to be seen only by unlogged in users. Put the module on the page and put in the content. Under Module Settings, uncheck the box that inherits permission from the page. Check the View box for the Unauthenticated Users role. Only check that box.
Module B -- to be seen only by logged in users. Put the module on the page and put in the content. Under Module Settings, uncheck the box that inherits permission from the page. Check the View box for the Registered Users role. Only check that box.
Note that anyone logged in as an administrator will see both modules because administrators have View and Edit permissions for all modules.
