I use a query for your sample under the forum to extract all of the users
from Users.UserID, Username, FirstName, LastName, Email, UserRoles.RoleID,
Roles.RoleName
FROM         Users INNER JOIN
                      UserRoles ON Users.UserID = UserRoles.UserID INNER JOIN
                      Roles ON UserRoles.RoleID = Roles.RoleID
WHERE     (UserRoles.RoleID = 3)

the question is, how about, i put under the registration in the,

    Hospital Information
      Hospital Name and Number of Bed

    Hospital Address
      Unit,Street and City

    Contact Information
      Telephone Number
 
it is posible this list of info is to see it under the report module

Yes, you can do this. Yes, you can create the needed reports with the Reports module.

But ... in order to do this reasonably well, you're going to have to know a tiny bit about relational databases and SQL. Without knowing exactly how you plan to use this information, and how you plan to enter it, it's hard to tell you exactly what to do. But, if you could tell me where HospitalInfo and ContactInfo are stored, I can probably give you a few pointers.

The exactly pointers in Hospital Info and Contact info are
the table of "dbo.UserProfile"

ProfileID, UserID, PropertyDefinitionID, PropertyValue,

all info are exactly to the point in "PropertyValue"

Yes, this is a complicated query. It's a bit beyond my scope of knowledge. Hopefully, someone else can provide some advice here.

There may be a stored procedure that returns a user's profile. If that is the case, you just need to execute it for every user. But at this point I'm guessing.

You are going to have to learn some SQL to get this right.

The tables Users, UserProfile, and ProfilePropertyDefinition are linked through UserID and PropertyDefinitionID. You also need the PortalID to make sure that you only pull users out of the current portal.

With a UserID and a PropertyDefinitionID you can pull a particular item from the UserProfile table. Unfortunately, we're quickly getting into areas that I don't know very well. Hopefully somebody else can jump in here and help.
