I'm wondering if you can limit the viewing of a token to certain security roles only?  I'm using an active directory module to take the currently logged in user and automatically log them in to our intranet site.  I don't want them to be able to logout so I would like to "HIDE" the [LOGIN] token.  However, if a certain role (SiteAdmin) logs in then they see the [LOGIN] token and are able to logout and log back in as host or admin.

You can do this by putting some conditional code in your site's skin.  Basically, you'll display the [LOGOUT] token only if the logged in user is a member of the role you want to have access to it.

There's one hitch to the process. Since the login module for active directory is a seamless login, when an admin presses the logout button they are redirected to the page with the login module that passes the current logged on user in and logs them back in. It's a bit of a mess. I thought I would just make an active directory user a host account and be done with it. Unless of course anyone has more suggestions.

That is another layer of complication.  I'm afraid that I don't have enough experience with Active Directory to help with this one.
