Hi,

I have managed to get flash to work by uploading a single .swf file through the fck editor and all is fine.

I have found a program that is fantastic at creating flash banners (if your interested it is www.anim-fx.com) the problem is that this program creates the following:
1 .swf file
1 .txt file that holds the text for the banner
1 html code that has to be inserted into an html page

I have tried everything that i can think of but i cannot get it to work.

The 'anim-fx' site help says that the .txt file should be placed in the same location as the .swf file, and the html code sould be placed into a html page. I have inserted the html file into an fck editor (source screen) and with the same fck editor i have used the flash button to insert the .swf file. Then i have gone to the file manager and uploaded the .txt file to the same location as the .swf file but i still get no joy. I do get the background of the flash banner (a grey box at 100%) but no text is generated.

I am lost no what to do, it is a shame because this software is so quick and the flash effects are incredible. If anybody has got any clues i would love to hear them.

If anyone wants a copy of the the three files that i am trying to use then i will send them to you to see if you can get them to work.

I followed the tutorial here for getting games to work but I decided to try I-Frame. Works flawlessly but then I'm not trying to use multiple files. If you don't mind, send the files my way I'd like to play around with them. I was going to d/l the demo, but it doesn't allow you to save your work.

I got it to work great by using the i-frame module!!.

It's such a releif when something finally works.
By the way the 'anim-fx' software package is fantastic, i give it 11 out of 10.

Matt, also try Ultra Media Gallery in the future.  It's just as easy to use and works much better for static flash banners.  Plus putting iframes on your site hurts you with the search engines, which may or may not be an issue.
