Could someone please tell me how to set up the FckEditor so that forum users can add images to the forum posts?

First, we got an error saying that you do not have enough permissions to upload image to server.

We created a new folder in the File Manager and gave it write permissions.  How do we let the editor know about this folder?

Adding images to your forum posts shouldn't be this complicated.

I've just been having a further look at the options in the latest version and it's easy to set:

When viewing in the FCKEditor in your Forum module
Click 'Show custom editor options'
Settings type select 'Module'

Other Editor Options
Image Folder - select the folder you wish to upload images to
(remember to set the correct permissions for this folder in the File Manager)
Scroll down
Apply custom settings to Module
click on Apply

Close that window, go back to the FCKEditor and click on Refresh editor
