Here's a bit of each, as you can see - I'm still getting started with this "thing:.

Portals:

I have my web page live again, and attempted to set up another portal.

Again it drops out with the error:

            “Webpage can’t be displayed!”

 

New Pages:

I followed your video where you set up new pages Lee.

I noticed that you ignored the original “Home Page” and set up the first page without parent page. Then building sub pages from there?

 

Is that coincident or plan?

Should I leave the original page as is and start my webpage with a new “Home Page?

 

Image Module, now replaced with the “Media” Module.

 

Is this module for one image only.

I can’t find any way of setting up multiple images in this Module?

Portals: webpage can not be displayed, so the portal has not expired in this case? - This sounds like you need to point the URL in your hosting control panel to your DotNetNuke installation. - It maybe worth contacting your hosting provider to check it is setup correctly

Pages: It's just coincidence. - It's up to you to decide the structure of the menu. - You can have parent and sub pages wherever your like. - It all depends on the structure that suits your website.

You can take the original Home Page, delete the modules from it and add the content that you require, this is what I always do when first creating the site.

Yes you can only add one image using this module. - To be honest you may be better off just using the text / html module and adding images using that module, this way you can add as many images as you require.
