I tried to get some of that great support I was promised with the Professional version but with no luck. So I'm trying here the old reliable source.
After upgrading from the Community Edition 5.01.01 to Professional Version 5.01.04 the system still thinks its running the community edition but now reports version 5.01.04 (3).
After upgrading, the menu it is reporting:
DotNetNuke Product: DotNetNuke Community Edition
DotNetNuke Verion: 05.01.04 (3)
I verified and retried the DotNetNuke_Professional_05.01.04_Upgrade with the same results.
DNN Support guy says that I have to active using the drop down menu under host then push “Profession Edition” option. But as I already stated the system sill thinks its running the Community Edition and no menu option exists to be pushed.
I had to summit a picture of the menu option but still no-response after 18hours. I included the picture....
Any ideas?
