HTML code appearing on TEXT page

Hi Has anyone experienced a situation where the HTML code actually appears in the text. This happens after text is edited and the update is pressed prior to that all "appears" to be OK The result is &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp appearing in the text Thanks Dave

This usually happens if you have source and WYSIWYG modes confused. And if this isn't the problem, which version of DotNetNuke are you using?

May I respectfully suggest that you consider upgrading your site to DotNetNuke 4.9.4? You'll get lots of new featured, many bug fixes, and considerable improved stability and performance. You will also be able to use the latest versions of many modules.

Hi Joseph Upgrading is certainly my chosen route. I need to plan this as I recently updated a site from 4.4.0 to 4.9.4, everything was OK excepte the Host and Admin passwords failed! The plan is to pull the site from host to local http://www.dnncreative.com/Livesite...fault.aspx And then practice a staged upgrade pulling older versions from http://www.dnncreative.com/Forum/ta...fault.aspx I'll update this with the outcomes Dave

If you did an upgrade manually and the passwords no longer work, then it's probably that you didn't copy the MachineKey parameter from the old web.config file to the new web.config file. Take a look there.
