Hi All,

I have a 4.9.4 DNN Intranet up and running.  I have a secure area available to our Park Rangers.  They want to have something that does the following:

A Park Ranger has an incident they need to respond to (open containers in the park, assault in the park, sex in the park, etc..).  They write up the incident.

Now they log into the computer, go to their area on the Intranet and input the information that they wrote up, which has a lot of fields, into an Online Form.  The form, when completed, first has to be approved by the Chief Park Ranger.  After that point, the Incident in question is in an Archive.

If it's NOT approved, it goes BACK to the Ranger (an email is generated, and when they log back in, they see a running list of incidents that has a note from the Chief on what he wants done to the incident.  They edit it and it goes BACK to the Chief Ranger for approval.

The rangers should have the ability to upload photo's of the incident that is attached to that record.

Once approved by the Chief Ranger it goes into an Archive mode.  It would need to have in the record when it was approved by the Chief, and if the incident was printed out, it would include that it was approved by the Chief on such and such date and time.

The rangers would need to be able to:

1.  Edit the incident at any time (Even after it's approved).
2.  Run reports on incidents (by type, by date range, by district that it occurred in the county, etc).
3.  Be able to do a purge of these records AFTER a certain period by running a list that matches the criteria and selecting DELETE (records are purged after three years).

ANY ideas on a module that might permit me to accomplish all of this?
