I'm looking for a good live chat module. It's functionality needs to be similar to any service online chat that you can find on websites. I've found a few modules but I'm not sure they are what I want. I don't want it to be a public chat... just two people. And I'd like the user to be able to choose the service rep that they want to talk to. Or not necessarily the person but at least a department. Is that possible? Any idea what a good module might be that isn't super expensive? Thanks!

There are several modules available. I'd start by searching on Snowcovered and/or by googling "DotNetNuke live chat module."
