I am a user of your magazines and appreciate them in the learning process but now more and more as a reference (reminder how to do things right ). Last week I check the magazine 54 to see if I have done everything as should be. As I found no problems I checked today the forum on DNN en found the problem I encountered. ( can’t delete feedback items) Are you aware of this problem and the solution ? I have added the following item on the DNN forum I have resolved the problem the first time by deleting the hole module and doing a complete re-installation. The problem re-appeared after having added the module on new pages and having changed the access to some pages. Now that the site is in use by the client and feedbacks are coming in large numbers I need a real solution. Other problem : Not all feedback sent from the website reach the connected mailbox. Sometimes some feedbacks are missing! I tested it many times but do not see any abnormalities. Other question : How can I make sure that the complete feedback text remains on the feedback module to read. Supervisors or directors may want to check what is coming in ! If you need to display the data, I think DataSprings have recently released a new module specially for displaying the data within your website, but this will be worth enquiring with DataSprings direct.
