It sounds like the role of Free Trial is not getting added when the user hists the register button. That's why the user is being denied access to a page you set to be visible to Free Trial roles only. Instead of manually adding the role, you can set up a completion event to automatically do this based on their response on the form. Page 123 of the
User Guide shows you how to set up a role completion event.
However, there's an easier way to handle your free trial periods (with normal billing following the free trial?). Check out our
Demonstration 17. The demo is for another product called Dynamic Forms but it should work the same for Dynamic Registration. This might just be the solution for you.
