I am looking for a couple solutions and  I thought I would ask here for help.  Any recommendations would be great.

1.  I need an emailer with an opt-in and opt-out feature that I can add graphics to.
2.  I need a registration module that allows me to take registration with payments and registration without payments.  (Has anyone used active purchase or have feedback on them?)
3.  Can I setup unique URLs for subscribers who have a personal profile?
4.  I need clients to fill out a form and sumbit the results to me?

Any help would be appreciated.  I am looking for recommendations.
