If you really want to do something like that, I think that you'll have to set up a separate folder for each user, and set permissions so that each user only can see his or her folder. The File Manager does have the ability to give a single user permissions on a folder.

Depending on the number of users, this could easily become difficult to manage. I haven't checked, but you might want to look for a third party solution.
