I have public dnn 4.8 portal , when a new user register, email is mandatory field. Some of the users are mistype their email therefore I lost contact with them. The default registration form does not have a repeated field for the email, to enable the user verifing his email.

 

How can I force the newly registered user to enter his email twice.

I don't believe that there is a way to do this using the standard DotNetNuke approach.

You can require registrations to be "Verified." That means that a new user needs to receive an email from your site before they can login.

And, I should add, you'll be notified if the email cannot be delivered.

One of the great things about DotNetNuke is that, because it is a "framework" it can be modified. I should have pointed out the DataSprings Dynamic Registration module. Though I have not used it, I have seen strong recommendations from others. You might want to take a look. It is available from Snowcovered, and you can download a user guide before you purchase it.
