I'm using DNN 4.5.5 and I've accidently deleted the FAQ module.
How can I reinstall it? Or is there another option?

If you deleted the module from the installation, you'll have to reinstall it.
If you deleted an instance of the module from a page, you'll find it in the Recycle Bin (see the Admin menu). You can restore it from there.

It wasn't in the recycle bin. I need to reinstall it.
I am with Crystal Hosting and used a wizard to install the program. So I don't really have the files on my system.
But I can download DNN 4.5.5 and if someone can tell me where the folder is located, I'll reupload that folder.
Does that work? Or am I in over my head?

If you deleted an instance of a module on a page, it should have been in the recycle bin. If you deleted the module from your installation, you'll need to reinstall it.
To reinstall the module to your DotNetNuke installation, you will need to login as host and go to the Module Definitions page. From the drop down menu, select Install a New Module. You will need to have the module's install .zip file on your computer. If this is a DotNetNuke module, you can download the install version from the DotNetNuke web site. Then, browse to the zip file, select it and then click the link to install the module.
Following that, you can install an instance of the module a page in your site.
If this is a bit confusing, we could probably settle this fairly quickly over the phone. Since you and I are in the same time zone, it wouldn't be too hard.

DNN Creative is the BEST support forum. Thank you jncraig. I reinstalled the module and it's working great!
I'm not sure the purposes of setting up categories since all the FAQ show up on the same page. But I'll keep working at it.
JNCraig & Lee THANK YOU! You've helped me tremendously!
Humbly,
Michelle

I'm glad that you solved the problem!
As for categories, the faqs are grouped by category, but there doesn't seem to be any other use.
