Hi all,
We have our simple Intranet and I need to setup a page of downloadables with rights to the users only.
Example:
I want to create a downloadable section for all users which provide their Salary Certificates, Salary Slips, contracts, Notification etc. but only restricted to to the user only.
So others dont have access to view and download it. Only HR are able to upload and update the files.
I dont know which modules will be working with this requirement. Please guide me to accomplish this requirement for our Intranet.
Thank you.

Well, seems my questions i unclear, let me make it more simple:
We need each user to have its own files to able to download, these downloads are not public files.
So how can we do this?
Can we assign permissions per file on the file manager or we have to create a custom module?
thanks again

With DotNetNuke 4.6.2 you can give rights based on username in the file manager. I haven't tested this, but I think that the permissions can be applied per folder, and not per file. Still, you could have a folder for each user.

I would take a look at

it seems that this module does exactly what you want ...

You may also want to look at the core documents module combined with the features of the FileManager, I have outlined how to set this up in these tutorials:

Thanks Neol, Leesykes,
But in all those modules they are related to folder level permissions. I need to have a file level permission control.
See creating folders for every users is a long process.
I am thinks of the following:
To create a folder with the username during the user registration, which will assign the right users right to the folder during the account creation.
But this needs a development process, or creating a new module.
Thats why i was looking for a ready-made module, so I can use it with out the development cost.
Still open to all suggestions.
Thank you,
Joseph Craig

The module to which Noel referred lists this as it's first feature:
"User Level Access Rights : in previous versions, access rights to folders were assigned to roles. Version 2.0 allows access rights to be assigned at user level. You will be given the ability to choose users from a pop-up."
Isn't that what you want?
