I signed in as Admin  >  User Accounts > Manage Profile > Add New Profile

I edited the \admin\Users\App_LocalResources\Profile.ascx.resx

Admin > Languages > Language Editor
> Selected Resource File: \admin\Users\App_LocalResources\Profile.ascx.resx

The new Resource Name is there.  I clicked Update > Logged out
 > Selected Register  from the home page
 the form displays but the new Accept Terms is not there.

When I sign back in as Admin it asks me to update and the accept terms is there.

I have reviewed all the steps in the tutorial and it all looks right.

What do I need to do to make it  display on the registration page when the user is registering?
