Sorry - it was declared in an xml document for a skin. It describes the setting of css class for Token [LINKS:1] and I am not sure how this should appear.

The CSS class that you specify for your tokens can be any name, just as the other CSS classes for your skin.

All you need to do is specify a CSS class name in the XML doc ie. secondlevellinks and then in your skin.css file all you have to do is use that CSS class name to style your links ie:
