Hello,
I am, sadly, a newbie, but hope to become great at this!
My problem is that I had a custom skin done for my website. I believe a SolPart menu was used. I want to be able to control how close the submenu comes up next to my main menu. Right now, there appears to be a gap when a submenu appears. I do not want this gap. The menu is a Vertical menu. Where do I go in the code to modify this?
Any help would be mucho appreciated.

You change the menu's behavior by changing the styles in the module.css file.
I'm not an expert on styling SolParMenu, but ... I would imagine that these can provide a wealth of help:

Thank you Joe,
I have looked at both of the resources you provided, but they do not address the positioning of the submenu's (where they pop up on a page, how close to the main menu, etc).
Thank you for providing those links.
Anyone else out there ever come up with this and found a solution? Is it in the Javascript? I've looked but cannot find references to placement of the submenu's positioning.
Thanks,
Mark

Thanks, but don't direct too much credit toward me. I've just completed my first month of official help here. I was a subscriber long before that and I agree with you that Lee is a world-class resource to those of us who use DotNetNuke!

Thanks guys, beers on the way! ;-)
Do you have a url we can look at?
- If you don't have a url, basically the method I use is outlined in this tutorial:
Troubleshooting DotNetNuke Skins
I would use the web developers toolbar to strip out big chunks of the code live to see what part of the css is causing the problem. - Once you find the section of code you can go into your skin.css file and fix the problem code.
If you have a url I can have a quick look for you to see if anything stands out.
Cheers,

Thanks Lee,
I'm sorry, I don't have this up live yet so I don't have a URL for you to look at. You mentioned the web developers toolbar though and I think I'll go ahead and start that route and see if there's anything there that can shine some light on positioning a submenu popup.
Thanks much Guys. You're truly doing a service here! I'll let you know what I find out. Cheers!
