The issue appears to be that the DNNMenuNavigationProvider is not upgrading. By removing the zip file from the Install/tmp//Provider/DotNetNuke_DotNetNuke.DNNMenuNavigationProvider_05.01.00_Install.zip folder did the trick. I now have a successful install with no errors. When I click on 'Click Here To Access Your Site' I now get this errror: A critical error has occurred. The string parameter 'tagPrefix' cannot be null or empty. Parameter name: tagPrefix It appears to be the .DNNMenuNavigationProvider is the issue. Now how is the upgraded?

Are you using the Gallery module? I've seen references to that causing this error. The solution is to upgrade to the most recent Gallery module version before doing the upgrade.
