Hello again my DNNCreative friends.

I am currently trying to use two modules I purchased in conjunction with each other. Mandeeps LiveTabs and DNNGo's 3D carousel modules. You can view this at my test website.

About half way down the home page, you will see the carousel module working with the live tabs. However, I have run into one snag. Internet Explorer will only load the images from the initial tab. It would seem the carousel is still working, just that the images remain "hidden". The combo works fine in Firefox and Chrome.

I've opened up support tickets with both companies. Mandeeps is telling me that it is the carousel module's fault that an initial value of "hidden" given to the carousel can not be changed in IE.

DNNGo's support team provided me a link to their carousel module working properly inside THEIR tabs module, and informed me that it is mandeeps fault the combo will not work.

When I run the page through the WC3 validator, I receive numerous errors. I do not have the technical prowress to pin down who's fault the errors actually are.



If anyone can take a quick look at the errors, it would be much appreciated! If I can't provide a more detailed explanation to either company detailing why their module is not working properly, I fear I will just get the run around from both

No doubt there is some interaction between javascript or jQuery being used in the two modules.

If you can configure the modules to not load their own versions of jquery (you'll have to look through the page source or ask the vendors), that might help.

I you can't, or if you aren't sure, look to see if the modules have their own js directories. If so, you might want to remove any jquery libraries you find there, but keep any plugins. You may need to get someone involved who understands this stuff. Use DNNDeveloper.com to find help.
