Thanks for the note, I have enjoyed your site and hope to use it more as I get going.

I have downloaded the DNM Mushroom module and will attempt to use it. I have used the DNN 6.0 sample (bicycle) site to practice .

I am looking for a ‘simple’ skin for the attached site. The navigation is basic, Tab up top, with products down the left Nav.
The access to TABS and Products will be role based, permissions set based on DB hit for employee type.

In terms of Modules ,
I need registration (basic) to use site where I will hit a DB for LOGIN that contains an ee ID and birthyear to be able to register,
Ill then collect a new PW (stronger) , email , contacts , preferences etc.

Ill also be updating a DB weekly with payroll deduction amounts (payments)for each member
The DB will also have details on the products purchased.

NO need to have shop cart, ecommerce segment since all buy is done at vendor sites.

Navigation: That's a fairly standard request. You can do it in your skin with two instances of the DDR Menu.

You requirement for authentication from an external database is probably best handled with the External Database Auth Provider from IowaComputerGurus.com. You might also be a candidate for Dynamic Registration and Dynamic Login from DataSprings.com. Lastly, it is possible to have a custom authentication provider created. I'd do this only if the other solutions fall short of your needs.

If you can provide more details, I can give you more detailed suggestions.
