I have a ddnsite working fine, now i designed in VWD2008 a web-form and this form fill a SQL database, i am only using (1) aspx page and (1) sql database, in localhost this webform if working fine.

Now i want to add the webform to dnnsite, Is it possible ? Can you tell me any idea how to do it ?

If I were you I would redo the form using the Form & List module, Data Springs' Dynamic Forms module, or Code 5 Systems' Form Master module. The first of these is part of DotNetNuke, and the other two are commercial modules.

Using any of them you can define a form and set it up to save the entered data in a table in your DotNetNuke database. I believe that all three also support saving the data elsewhere, provided that you give the connection string to the external database.

It's always best to do things inside of the framework that outside. The good news is that there are few, if any, impediments to doing that.

Thanks Joe, but the point is : i am filling two forms in one . The second forms depend of the main form. So the second form can has many registers and the main form only one. Can i do this with Form & List module ?

You can't do it easily with Form & List, but Dynamic Forms should be able to do everything you need and more. If you look for our tutorial on using Dynamic Forms, you will see an example of a multi-part form with conditional content based on answers to previous questions.
