Hi I have a module written using Open Web Studio which until recently has worked perfectly. Resources (pdfs, word docs etc) are entered via the Form and List module. The OWS module then displays a list of the resources for a particular set of criteria difined in the Form and List Module. If a link to a pdf needed to be displayed then the following produced the correct link href='/linkclick.aspx?[FORMAT, [FieldValue], {REPLACE:ID,ticket}] Where the Fieldvalue came from the UserDefinedData table i.e. FileID=264 for example. I think a recent DNN upgrade may now be preventing this from working, for newly entered resources the link just gives a file cannot be displayed error. The simple FiledID=264 construction doesn't appear to work any more. Can anyone tell me how to construct the new type of link i.e which tables to look in ? Thanks for any help - I hope that makes sense PS Have just found someone else with a similar problem - it may be caused when FileID > 1000 (still need a solution though !)

Have you also asked on the OWS forum and the DotNetNuke forum. This is a somewhat out of the ordinary question, so you may need to ask far and wide.

I don't think it'a a OWS problem as such. It seems I can refefence files using linkclick.aspx?fileticket=200 for example, but when the fileid goes over 1000 this construction no longer works - I need a construction that I can pull together from the database when the fileID > 1000

That sounds like a bug.  Try reporting it at support.dotnetnuke.com.

Ummm ... fileticket isn't an integer.  Are you perhaps confusing fileid and fileticket?
