You can choose the control panel to use on the Host Settings page.  There are some other choices if you install Oliver Hine's control panel module (oliverhine.com).  I happen to like his fairly minimal version with lots of dropdowns.  It minimizes mouse clicks quite nicely.

The Text/HTML module hasn't gone anywhere.  It is called HTML, so it appears differently on the list.

I checked Oliver Hine's site, and he looks like a clever guy, could probably be very helpful.

A PROBLEM STILL;

HTML is still not in the Modules list in 05.04.02 (66)?

Does it mean it hide under a new name - or I need to upload it?

Go to the Extensions page .

Check if HTML is listed as an installed module. If it is, you will need to edit the module to make it available to be installed.  See How to Configure Which Modules Non-Administrators Can Add to a Page.

If it is not installed, go to the bottom of the Extensions page, see if it is on the list of modules that can be installed.  IF it is, check the box and install it.

If you cannot do either of the above,  you will need to get an installable version of the module from a copy of the install package.  It will be Install/Module/HTML_Community_05.02.00_Install.zip.  Install it like any other module.

OK Lee - will look out for that, I didn't knew there where optional panels.

That's was however only the start of the problems.
Can there be some problems in DNN 05.04.02 (66) ???
(Don't know what you guys can do - but I report anyway.)

The HTML was missing in the tools, so I followed Joe's instructions and installed. As I uploaded to "Install/Modules" I found that the file (.zip) was already there but not installed.

I uploaded over the existing and run a successful install.

Now the module appears on the list, but it doesn't install on the page.
This is the same with some other modules I tested, while the "link" module installed but doesn't display any menu.

I'm talking with Reseller Choice, but if it comes with DNN 05.04.02 (66) then there isn't much they can do.

Is it possible to "downgrade" - go back to a previous version?
