I found some articles on the net about this, and follows strictly. But I still get the problem after finish and cannot run my website.

This is what i have done:
- Add domain name for PortalAilas
- Backup DB
- Copied the whole dir to new server
- Create db in the new server
- Restore DB
- Add username for the new created DB
- Edit the web.config for only DB section
- Navigate to new URL
And now I am stucking with this error (no more information)

DotNetNuke Error An error has occurred. An error has occurred.

I check the url and found out the error has more in fo like this:
SELECT+permission+denied+on+object+'Tabs'%2c+database+'db-name'%2c+schema+'dbo'.

Anyone here known about this issued please help. This is in a kind of urgent.

Somewhere on the net tells to enable VIEW SERVER STATE permissions for my SQL user. I already did that but no use.

Does your database user have dbo permission?

You're right , I grant everything for the user and it went fine. But then I move these files to another server with the experience I got. But it DNN reported another Error message. This time is the "Site undercontruction" message.

How can I fix this? Please help.

The Under Construction message often means that there is a problem with the database connection.  Check again and make sure that your connection string is working and also that the database user does have correct permissions.  I assume that you also moved the database to a new db server.

I found out the error coming from the cofiguration in the web.config. Thanks so much Mr Craig.
