Business Directory/Social Networking DNN site

I'd like to create a business directory listing for local restaurants in my area with some social networking aspects (rankings, reviews, etc..). There are some unique aspects of creating a business directory for restaurants such as creating lunch menu, dinner menu, wine list, .... all searchable by a location, dish, wine type, coupons, specials, etc... SEO friendly pages for each listing, etc... and there are some typical desired features such as mass-import of listings, subscription/PayPal/Credit Card integration, banner advertisements, etc.. Did anyone created a similar site with DNN (maybe for a different industry) and can you share some thoughts on recommended 3-rd party modules for this project as well as lessons learned? Thanks!

For pure social networking, look at ActiveSocial from ActiveModules.com. Ventrian's "Property Manager" module may be more useful for the restaurant directory part though. If you have a lot of this data in a database, look at Forms and Lists, Reports, or SGSV from Tressleworks.ca.
