Hi, I'm doing a site in DNN 5 I want to add a page that when staff are logged into the site they can see that gives them a company directory that shows the department the staff are in, their extention, direct dial and email address. Any suggestions on the best way to do this? Is there a module for this, or something like a search able report? I know I've seen something, but can't remember what it was. Steve

To achieve this add a role say "staff Members", Add desired users to this role. Now in the Permission Section of Page Settings-->Basic Settings-->Page Details of the required page, allow View Permission to the Staff member role only. This will allow only staff members to view this page.

Yes, thanks Imran, Sorry if it wan't clear, but the key bit to my question is more about how to make the directory/data on that page searchable. (I've already set this page with the correct permissions) If someone wants to find all the development team, or specifically look up someone, I want a way to have a search on the page that helps them limit the data displayed.

In order to implement this functionallity you have to develop your own module.

I believe that there is a module from Effority that provides a directory. You could also do this with Reports or Form and List. I also like SGSV (SQL Grid Selected View) from Tressleworks.ca. It will do what you want.

The main trick will be to get the data into the module. Is it available somewhere. If so, the three modules list will be able to pull the data from an external source.
