Hi,
I'm definitely a DNN newbie but not a newbie to web development. 

Can anyone tell me how best to get started given the following requirements?

I need something analagous to, say, a real estate listing app (not exactly that but close) where select users can login, fill in a form describing what is to be listed, upload pics, and then submit the form.

Next, the application will automatically process the submitted info from the form and create a dynamic public web page from the info and add a thumbnail and link (to this new page) on a main directory page.  I also need to ability to inactive and/or remove a dynamic "listing" if needed.

I know how I would do it if I was not using a content management tool like DNN (I would save form data in database and render the page dynamically each time it is selected).  What I want to know is if there is an existing DNN module that would help accomplish most of what I need to do?

There are several such modules. Take a look at Property Agent from Ventrian.com. I also recently saw a reference to a "booking" module. The places to look for modules are snowcovered.com and the Marketplace on dotnetnuke.com.
