I tweaked a horizontal DNNmenu [NAV] to bump up to the right side and ExpandDepth to "2". For the most part everything is ok. But the submenus want to drop towards the right (lined up on the left of the root item). So in browsers (esp. Non-IE) the page can jerk a bit and suddenly have scrollbars while the sub-menu drops.
Any ideas? Can I force the sub to align on the right edge of the root item? (Stay inbounds) How can I fix this?
Sorry, I have no public URL to visit. (Not launched yet)Thank you all for your input.
Please forgive me, my skill level is still low.In the skin.xml [NAV] is set to DNNMenuNavigationProvider with ExpandDepth at 2. I've altered the look in my CSS.The parent DIV is text-align: right; & float: right; The menu 'looks' like I want, but the submenu does the jerk and scroll.I think the sub need to drop towards the center of the page?I tried to set .main_dnnmenu_submenu to margin-left:-40px; but it didn't really help.Other people must have created a right aligned menu successfully. But I'm not doing correctly at all.Thank you for pondering my dilemma.I'm going to try and attach an image of the menu.I thank everyone for their patience and expertise.
