Is anyone using DNN's syndicate ability along with Google Adsense for Feeds?
I see in my Google account an option to do AdSense in Feeds, however, I have no clue how to change the feed URL in DNN.
Has anyone done this successfully and can give some tips on this or even a (gasp!) tutorial?
Thanks!

Hello,
gasp! a tutorial?
From looking at my adsense account it appears as though it adds adsense into an RSS feed by using feedburner.
Have you gone through the options for adding your RSS feed into the Burn New Feed link in adsense?
This looks as though it will create a feedburner account where you enter your RSS feed and then it creates a new RSS feed for you with a feedburner URL - it's that URL that you would then need to promote on your site. I have used feedburner on

Hi Lee,
Thanks for the reply.
I have gone through the option of adding my RSS Feed into the Burn New Feed link in AdSense. I have that URL for the new Feed.
My question is, since I'm using DNN's native built-in Syndicate, how do I specify the AdSense URL in place of the URL that the built-in Syndicate uses?
Thanks,
Mark Gordon

Also, one final thing. Is there a way to track and see how many people have signed up for a feed? If there is, please let me know.
Thanks!

I don't think that you can log or track subscriptions to an RSS feed because that isn't handled in your site. The subscription are handled in your RSS Reader.
Please let me know if you find that this isn't right ...

Hello,
for the ventrian news articles module I simply edited the template code to remove the RSS feed image, and used my own larger RSS feed image with the feedburner URL. That is the method I would use on any module where you need to specify a different RSS feed URL that the viewers of your site use.
Feedburner includes lots of stats that you can look at for your RSS feed, that is one of the main reasons for using Feedburner.
Thanks,
