Transfer a localhost installation to a live website

Hello, Although my localhost installation of DNN doesn't still work, I could transfer the application and the database successfully to the production server using tutorial 22. The big problem now is that login doesn't work any more. Neighter the local host login nor the default host with dnnhost password. Hope there is a solution for this last problem. Thanks

Yes, I do. Hier is the url. It appears as expected. All texts and links and menus are there but not the images, as you may see. Just Login fails ... Thanks

If the site is running and you cannot login, my best guess would be that you have not transferred the MachineKey settings from the web.config on the older site to the new site. I would first try to compare them visually, of with a "diff" program. Failing that, have you tried to use the password recovery facility in DotNetNuke.

Yep! Machinekey was the problem. I could successfully Login! Many, many thanks for your help.
