After I got the published files of DotNetNuke from my development vendor
I created database, created new user,
Uploaded the Published DotNetNuke files on FTP,
Provided the permission on the DotNetNuke Folder,
Created a Virtual Directory, modified the web.config file.
Ran the Default.aspx file, completed the DotNetNuke Installation steps.

I got message congratulations, you have successfully installed DotnetNuke.
When I clicked 'Finished(Goto Site)' I got DotNetNuke Error:- version 04.07.00
with no message details, one thing to note is now my URL reads like this

I think I am so close yet so far from website launching, Please help me.

I'm not sure what has caused this, but if you get an error when first installing, best practice is to start again from the beginning. I would also try installing dnn4.9 as some errors will have been fixed since 4.7.

From all of the steps listed it looks as though you have done the correct steps, try it again and see if you get an error.
