I am undertaking a major restructuring of a website.

As this will take some time we have a copy of the website and can reference it with a new domain.  If original site is www.domain.co.uk the copy site is www1.domain.co.uk .  I can restructure, move pages, add content quite easily.  The links modules all work fine and reference pages on in the new location.

However, I have hit a problem that some pages have text modules with links to other pages as in: www.domain.com/pagename/tabid/xx...

These links all poitn to the existing site - its there a way to generate a link to a dnn page that doesn't use the full url address?

The answer to your question is ... yes.  In Text/HTML modules, use the link tool in the editor to generate "linkClick" structures.

But, here is an answer that might prove to be more helpful at the moment.  Scoot over to EngageModules.com and download their free F5 module.  With it, you can do a search and replace across all text modules -- I'm assuming that your links are all in text form so this will work just fine.
