I can see that some are able to set the title text in a container wit two different text colours.

I have bought this skin, but I can't get it to work.

How can this be done? I have not figured out where I can edit the title text like this. I would like to have that too for my new skin.
Anyone that knows how I can get this to work?

You can put html coding in the title setting of a module. So something like this

< span style="color:red">Red < /span>< span style="color:green">Green< /span>

will work.  (Remove the spaces after the <.  I put those so it would not be interpreted as html in this post.)

You can put text/html lots of places in DotNetNuke. The only limitation is that some fields are limited in the number of characters that they can hold.

You can also use the Header and Footer fields in the Advanced Module Settings.
