Let's say that we have following situation:

Domain: www.mysite.com
DNN Portal: Mysite

Now, inside portal we have for ex. 5 pages (tabs)

Mysite
             About Me
             Interests
             Projects
             Gallery
             Contact
            
Can anyone point me to the correct way to implement following redirection:

aboutme.mysite.com >>  Mysite - About Me
intersts.mysite.com >> Mysite - Interests

etc..

I'm not sure why you would want to do this. - But, you could point the sub-domains that you create within your hosts control panel to point to the particular pages within your portal. - But this will not change the name that DNN uses for the URL and may lead Google to index it as duplicate content.

I think you could only do this by setting up several portals under one DNN installation and set them up as parent portals specifying the full sub-domain URL, but this will create separate sites rather than all of the pages within one site.

Other options could be to look at the URL re-write facility that creates friendly URLs, you maybe able to adapt this to re-write certain URLs to display them as sub-domains. - Have a read of the docs that come with DNN for further info on this. - I have not looked at this side of DNN before but I think it would be the best solution.

Why do you want to set each of your pages to use a sub-domain?
