I am trying to set SMTP settings.

I gave valid information to all the fields and updated the site.when i trying to test ,it doesnt show any message.how to configure this.please help me.
I need information about feedback module too.

If I understand you, you tried the SMTP test, it seems to have worked, but you didn't receive an email. The email should have been sent to the site host's email address. Are you sure that you checked the right email box. Any errors in send the email should have been reported, and should also be logged in the event log.

actually i have changed the host email address to my own address.

Please provide a valid mail server name in the SMTP settings for Smtp server and port,here smtp server is the name of the exchange server which is used to send and receive mails from the outlook and click the TestMail option you would receive the mail that you email server has been configured successfully.

If this probem still exists check the EventViewer which would display the error saying blocking mails from your server.
For this you should check that your anti-virus(may be Macafee) might block unwanted mails from your application due to firewall settings,go to Virus-Scan console and select Access -Protection option and edit the settings to allow mails from your application.

It should work fine.
