We are a software reseller, our customers run web based portals, most of which we host (Learning Management Systems). We are looking to allow a one click access to their personal support page from within the application. The support system is running on DNN. They are logged in as admins on the LMS portal, and thus we 'trust' them. Ideally we would like to locate the link on their Admin page, and presto they are soon looking at their open tickets etc. Suggestions? TIA, Matt

What authentication are they logged in with? Active Directory or something else? Just curious. I probably won't have the answer but people will want to know this piece before giving you a best guess.

Thanks -- good catch. The portals use forms based authentication. Perhaps another important detail - regardless of their credentials as admins on the LMS, they will be passed as one generic log in account, thus several admins will be able to see all support tickets for their organization regardless of which admin submitted it.
