website freezes very often

Hi Craig, Lee and everyone, I got a weird issue, here it is... we got a Real Estate module couple of months back, and we completely modified that module according to our needs, whenever i search the Real Estate listings i get a list and i click view details of one by one(click on and come back...), i get struck after viewing 3 or 4 listings and page doesn't load for ever, i need to close the browser or restart website in IIS, to fix this, i don't see any thing in event viewer, here is the link to search page sandbox.foreign-trade-zone.com/FTZSpaceSites.aspx for sample search, select dropdown all and location as 45324 i dont understand what actually causing the problem, can you guide me in this. Debugging a custom module isn't something that I can do from afar. And, it does appear that something is dying on your site. Do you know how to open up a your site in VS and attach a debugger to it?
