I'm working on a DNN site for a Hair and Nail Salon.  My clients wants her clients to have the ability to schedule their own appointments through her website.  Does anyone have a module suggestion?

I looked around and found some references to using Catlook Pro (?).

A nice, lightweight tool might be nice ...

I'm assuming that there would be multiple people with whom you could make an appointment?

Yes, my client wants anyone to be able to register then book an appointment for a hair cut through her web. Thanks! -I'll take a look at Catlook Pro, and let you know if it will work.

Please let us know how this works out. There may be some other solutions, so drop back in if Catalook is not enough, too much, or too expensive.

My client has decided to push this portion of the project back for a while. I looked at the Catalook Pro. It's looks as if it could work, it might actually be more robust then needed, but then that is not a bad thing.

Hi Colby, We are a dutch company, eMJee Computerservice. The last 2 years we develop a online appointment website special for hair salons. Its not in DNN! There are 2 site's, first a CMS website for the customers, you can fill it with your own content about there hair salon, in this website is a button "make an appointment" this brings you to the live appointment book. a custommer can register here or login, after the login you can see the employees (with there picture) from the salon with the free time. the custommer can no make there own oppoinment, after making it the custommer receives an email within the information about there appointment. the salon can give self input to there appointment book, as opening times, timeblocks of 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minute blocks, new employees, breaks, holliday's, treatments (with time blocks), use of beginners, collors themepacks, upload of the salon banner, closed periods, etc. etc. whe are still devolope new modules such as sms module, newsletters input, etc... its still in dutch written, but soon comes the englishe version( not translated by me afcourse!) I attached some screenshot from a custommer, i removed his information, for his privacy! Let me now what you think about it! where do you come from? dennis@emjee.nl
