I'm looking for a DNN shopping cart module.  Am I correct that the store module only works with PayPal and Authorize.Net?  Is it extendable to PayFlow? 

And if not, is there a commercial module that would be?

Issue 30 of DNNCreative Magazine is devoted to ecommerce modules.  I don't know if that will answer your question, but it will give you a good idea as to what is available.

I googled a bit, and it looks as if Catalook supports PayFlow Pro. There may be others.

I also found AspDotNetStorefront, but that seemed a little pricey

Just in case anyone is looking - we did end up purchasing Catalook and its working well for us integrating with  Verisign PayFlow. 

The learning curve to get it up and running was a bit steep, but I found a great support site, independent from Catalook that offered amazing documentation and support:
