I create like administrator a page with the possibility to edit this page to users who has a determinate role. But I can not restrict to these users the possibility to edit the modules of the this page?. I want that the user can add page, etc, but I do not want that the user modify a link module of that page. It is a way to do it?.

DotNetNuke really isn't set up to let users create pages. If you want to let users have their own page, perhaps something like dnnFusion's My Profile product will work for you.
