im searching for a module, where selected users can write articles (with images) and the module creates a new page with the content. i dont want to give them administrator rights and it seems thats the only way to create a new page.

the sense behind it is, that the secretary can write an article about an event (with photos) and the module creates a new page. the announcements module would point then to the new page. the secretary of course should not have administrator rights.

do you know such a module? and if not. can you give me some hints how to create it for my own?
