Pardon the incomplete details.  I'm giving what I have.

I have a client who claims that on at least three occassions he has "lost" text that he has entered into a Text/HTML container.  An otherwise intelligent person, he's not very adept at describing what actually happened.

Apparently, he was adding text into a container when the browser screen "blinked."  All of the existing and the text he was adding disappeared.  He felt that since he didn't click "Update" that he could click "Cancel" and get back to where he started.  A logical assumption.  However, this made no difference.  Everything in this container was gone.

This same scenario also happened when he was apparently trying to upload an image into a container.  The browser screen "blinked" and the image and existing text were gone.

Unfortunately, ths is all the information I have.  He told me about this on Friday afternoon and I haven't been able to contact him all weekend.  It's Sunday evening (Hawaii) and I thought I'd throw this one out to the forum to see if anyone has run into anything similar.

I think my friend is having this same problem at his work. Some of his clients cannot see certain things in differant containers. He said it that the users were using Firefox but when they used IE it worked fine. I maybe way off but I thought I would throw that out there. Wes

Thanks, Wes.  That's not the case with my client.  He's using IE7.

However, he may have discovered why this is happening.  But before I post what it is, I'm going to attempt to consistently replicate this behavior on my development server.
