I did find some info about CSS data binding here:
http://knockoutjs.com/documentation...ding.html. I have tried this, but when I use this code in the template, something breaks and the member list won't populate:
<div class="ch-item" data-bind="css: username">
I need to display the profile picture in a CSS background-image property rather than in an img tag in the HTML as you have described.
Ideally, the knockout code (I think that's what this is called?) would render something like this, using "athomas" as a username here:
<div class="ch-item" id="athomas">
Once I get that step figured out, I need to generate a CSS selector that will look like this:
<style>
#athomas {
background-image: url(../athomas-profile-pic.jpg);
}
</style>
Does this make sense, and is it possible?
I could do this all as static HTML & CSS, but would love to be able to do it dynamically, as we have many staff members to display, with more to be added periodically!
Thanks!
