We are using the DNN events module on this site: joseph.intellicomweb.com.

DNN version: 6.2.7

We are using the calendar on the home page as well as these other two pages: http://joseph.intellicomweb.com/NewsEvents.aspx & http://joseph.intellicomweb.com/New...ndar.aspx.

The home page and the first link are suppose to just have a listing of the next few events and then the calendar page has the full calendar on it.

I want to be able to connect all three so that if you add an event to the home page (or either of the other two pages), it will show up on all three pages.

I have set one module to include sub-calendars and I selected both other modules. But then when I go to the other pages, the calendars that I have added to the first module as subs are no longer available to select to add to the other calendars as sub-calendars.

So essentially, it's only letting me connect one module to one other module - not to two or three other modules.

Any ideas how I can accomplish this? Let me know if I didn't explain well enough! Thanks!

If you add events to the sub-calendars, they will appear on the calendar that includes the two sub-calendars.

But, an event added to sub-calendar A will not appear on sub-calendar B.

That seems to be the way that things are designed.

You can show the same calendar on three pages, but you'll give up the sub-calendar functionality.

Perhaps a better way to do this would be to use categories rather than sub-calendars. I think that you could have categories like:

-- Appear on Calendar 1
-- Appear on Calendar 2
-- Appear on Calendar 3

You'll have to remembe to categorize events when you add them.

Okay... that helps! I was able to get all three connected to the main calendar - so they will just have to add events to that calendar only. Thanks for the info!
