I was experimenting with the Feedback Module, I have a hosted development site and a local site. On the local site all is fine, when viewing the module on the local site, the Contact section of the form is empty, as it should be, for visitors to input their data.
But, on the Hosted site, the contact information is
Email: phantomlady@...
Name:SuperUser Account

I have uninstalled the module, and re-installed it, hoping to clear whatever settings I had incorporated when I first set up the module. This resulted in no change.
While checking the hosted site, I decided to do a text of the feedback module. I put some random information in and hit the submit button. - message response : Your feedback has been sent to the site owner. Thank you!
It also seems to be sending multiple copies of the above noted feedback.

Ok... went to a different computer, to see the above noted page. The email/name was blank, so I am thinking this is information that the browser had saved, and was displaying.
I sent a test email from the other computer, and it looks like all is fine.
I may have just jumped the gun on this issue. My bad.
