Hi All,

I'm looking for a horizontal image or content scroller that will allow me to put five images with captions visible on page-load and then the user can scroll through 20+ more images with captions. I have tried this one from dnnui.com but it breaks my page.

Does anyone know of another scroller that I can use to do this?

There are quite a few image gallery modules that will do this. I've used Ultra Media Gallery to so something like this. Using a gallery type of module has one major advantage in that it simplifies the administration/management issues.

The module that you've mentioned actually looks good, too. Your problem may be related to a mismatch between and module and the version of DotNetNuke that you are using. If you are using DotNetNuke 6, it might be a good idea to contact the folks at dnnui.com to see if they have a version for 6.

We are still on DNN 5.x. I installed the module I mentioned and it messed up the page layout. I have a simple skin with two divs in the main content area, one floats right and one left. When I install the module and add images to it, it forces one of the content areas to wrap under the other. I have tried to troubleshoot on my end with no luck. The vendor suggested a change in my CSS that didn't work.

Without actually digging into the site, I'd guess that the combination of the two items is too wide, and that's why it breaks. You should be able to fix that with CSS. I'd actually need to look at the structure of the page and the code to figure it out. If you want to write me privately using the Contact form at patapscorg.com, I'll take a look.
